Pitchworks helps youth soccer clubs get organized, save time, and fill their tryouts and tournaments. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: I only collect what I need to set up and prepare for your consultation, and I never sell it.
I'll only send you marketing emails if you've asked to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
A few trusted services help run the site. They only get what they need to do their job:
Each has its own privacy policy. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
The site itself doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar may set cookies it needs to work. If I add analytics or advertising tools later, I'll update this page first.
I keep your information as long as it's useful for working with your club, and I'll delete it when you ask.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you at any time. Just email hello@pitchworksclubs.com.
This site is for club directors, coaches, and staff. It isn't meant for children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
